Portfolio with 10 lithographs in colour.
Jean Cassou. Au pont des arts, Paris 1966. Limited on 300 numbered copies.\Loose as issued, in beige cloth folder with brown corners and spine, and tie strings. Printed on grand Veline de Rives paper. Six of ten lithographs are signed on the stone.
The portfolio present a collection of 10 lithographs in colour, reproducing 10 Picasso paintings, drawings and collages created between 1910 and 1914, which were donated to the Musee National d'Art Modern, in Paris, by Marie Cuttoli-Henri-Laugier.
Picasso collaborated actively with the production of the portfolio, and composed especially for this edition, a collage for the frontispiece.
These look fantastic as a set and can be framed by us.
